| Information on membership
We will be at the Fanshawe Yacht Club facility located on beautiful Fanshawe Lake in the Fanshawe Conservation Area again in 2009. We are very excited to have the opportunity to practice at this location!
The 2009 annual club membership fee is set at $ 175.00.
For first time members to the club the fee is $ 160.00.
Practices for the Waves of Fury teams will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00pm, rain or shine. If there is enough interest, we will also have practices on Saturday mornings 10am.
Other teams that form will set their own practice schedule.

Festival competitions are held in various cities and individuals will decide which events they wish to attend. Typical cost per person per event is approximately $ 30.00. Fees are based on festival cost and number of members registered.
Our first formed team, the Waves of Fury attended 4 events in 2008.
This year we have Waves of Fury Blue, our recreational team and Waves of Fury Black, a little more competitive! Both teams plan to enter London and Stratford Festivals as well as a few others.
Note: Other teams that join WDBCI may decide to enter different race events and the selection of races are up to each team to decide.
